Paula Deen Fudge
Ingredients:
1 2/3 C -sugar white
2/3 C -milk evaporated
1 tsp -unsalted butter
1/2 tsp -salt
1 package (6 ounces) milk chocolate chips
16 large marshmallows
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1 cup chopped nuts
Instructions:
Combine the sugar, milk, butter and salt in a medium saucepan. Bring the mixture to a boil and cook for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
Add chocolate chips. Cook until melted.
Remove from heat. Adding marshmallow, vanilla also nuts. Blend well.
Pour into an 8-inch saucepan.
Cool cut into squares.
