**Ingredients :
° 2 avocados, NS for Florida or California avocados - peeled, cored and cut into cubes
° 1 1/2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
° cup chopped fresh coriander
° Half a cup of sauce
° Garlic salt to taste
° Ground black pepper to taste
° 1 contaiiner (8 oz) sour-cream
° 1 pack (1 oz) taco season-mix
° 4 plum tomatoes (empty) roma tomatoes, cut into cubes
° 1 bunch-green onion, finely chop
° 1 (16 ounce) can re-fry beans
° 2 cups Mexican-style shredded cheese mix
° 1 (2.25 oz) can black olives - drained and finely chopped
* directions :
Step 1: In bowl, mashing avocado. Mix in lemon juice, coriander, chutney, garlic salt and pepper.
Step 2: In a small bowl, mix the sour cream and taco seasoning.
Step 3: In a 9" x 13" plate or on a large serving platter, spread the fried beans. Covered with sour cream mixture. Spread on guacamole. Topped with tomatoes, green onions, Mexican-style cheese mix and black olives.
